Privacy policy

The short version

level 9 collects no personal data. None. No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no accounts, no third-party SDKs.

Your game data

Your games, scores and settings are stored locally on your device only. They never leave it, and we have no server that could receive them.

Purchases

The optional premium purchase is processed entirely by Apple. We never see or store your payment information.

Game Center

If you unlock premium and use leaderboards, scores are submitted to Game Center, a service operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. Players appear under their Game Center nickname.

The web version

lvl9.cc uses no cookies and no analytics. The site is served by Cloudflare, which may process technical connection logs as any web host does.
